Springs is brilliant I can get what ever drugs I want out of them in multiples if I don't bother the receptionist and ask for an appointment. Because they would sooner see people dead than help you and give you an appointment
I can't fault this surgery. They've been brilliant, and especially Dr Ruth Bentley, who is a true asset. I've had a rough couple of years and don't know what I would have done without these people. Keep up the good work. You're all fantastic. Thank you. Sue Reynolds.
The place is shocking, very UNHELPFUL in most matters, from phone-calls, reception, prescriptions and appointments. So far hasn't failed to let me down.
There is not an option to leave 0 stars. Awful doctors they try to blackmail you and withhold controlled pain medication just because you arent well enough to attend constant blood tests. Place needs closing down for patients safety.
