Dreadful experience. The first photo is the image my daughter showed the hairdresser - Lacey. The second is how she left the salon after paying 99.00. After returning to express our disappointment, Emma told us we must have been informed that it would take 3 attempts to achieve that colour! My daughter wasnt! She was told it would be initially darker purple and would fade to that colour. They begrudgingly agreed for her to return where a further temporary colour was added - resulting in photo 3. Not recommended!
